Kevin J. Cook has spent nearly 20 years assisting middle market business owners with financing and growing their companies.
As a former partner at a middle market private equity firm, he has significant experience investing alongside business owners in a variety of business service, healthcare service, manufacturing and distribution companies. Kevin has assisted these owner/operators as a member of the board of directors in all aspects of the company’s strategic growth plan that with the goal of maximizing the company’s equity value. Kevin provides business owners with a unique resource that enables them to obtain the advantages and benefits associated with having a private equity sponsor on a fee for service basis.
Kevin’s experience combines an institutional perspective for the key value drivers of a business with a deep appreciation for fostering the entrepreneurial spirit that forms the foundation for so many successful privately held businesses.
Kevin holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a MBA from Cleveland State University.
